Model of the product range of concrete bins our, made out of concrete, high-quality metal and certified wood. The concrete is high-performance, reinforced with an aggregate of natural marble or granite stones. The stones are defined in size and can be combined in different colors. The surface has a characteristic relief. A special lacquer coating is applied to the wooden slats and the aggregate, which protects the wood from rotting and makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions. The metal lid has an integrated ashtray. The treatment of the metal components by galvanizing and powder coating methods creates high corrosion protection and increases performance. The concrete bin has an internal container of galvanized metal for waste collection, providing easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Possibilities for different color combinations of the aggregate, metal and wooden elements give a distinctive personality and style. An anchoring option for flooring is also available. • Product surface: Polished and coated with a protective UV-resistant lacquer, giving it the appearance of natural granite.

Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Wood:

• Ash wood, hardwood
• Pine wood, softwood

• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
