Model from the product range of metal bins made of concrete and high-quality metal. The concrete is high-performance, reinforced with an aggregate structure of natural marble or granite stones. Natural stones have a defined size and can be combined in different colors. The surface has a characteristic relief. A special coating is applied to the aggregate. The metal components are galvanized and powder coated. This gives the metal high corrosion protection and makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions. At the customer's request and for an additional fee, an epoxy primer can be applied to the metal. It is recommended as a means of enhanced protection for areas with a marine climate and with a large amount of precipitation. The metal lid has a built-in ashtray. The bin has an inner galvanized metal container for waste collection. The possibilities for different color combinations of the aggregate and the metal elements give a characteristic individuality and style. There is also an option for anchoring to the flooring. The combination of functionality and strength, complemented by the beauty of the natural materials used, make the garbage bin an ideal addition to the design of exterior spaces in parks and gardens. Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).
• Desired color selectable from the options provided in the gallery.

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
