Concrete bench with backrest + planter 'Ø300/200xH/100/100cm / BS-273'

A variant of the designer series of concrete planters with built-in benches. The planter is made out of high-performance concrete with natural aggregate, the bench is made of certified wood. The concrete is reinforced and fibre strengthened. The structure of the aggregate is composed of natural marble or granite stones with certain size and the possibility of different colour combinations. The aggregate surface has a characteristic fine relief and a protective coating is additionally applied on it. This gives the product even greater resistance to aggressive weather conditions and reduces the deposition of dirt. The planks for the bench are available in variants of exotic, hard wood - bamboo or soft wood - spruce. They are specially treated, which protects them from rotting and preserves the characteristics of the material over time. The metal components involved in the construction are electro-galvanized and are powder coated. Composition combining beauty and comfort. The presence of a seating area combined with the plant accent in the middle are a great solution for furnishing squares, parks, business or administrative buildings, large shopping centres, terminals and train stations.

• Product surface: Polished and coated with a protective UV-resistant lacquer, giving it the appearance of natural granite.

Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Wood:

• Ash wood, hardwood

• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
