Concrete bench with backrest + flowerpot '175/100xH/40/65cm / BS-225'

A model from the designer range of flower planters with benches, which combines the beauty of the native materials used and the nature, creating style and comfort in the modern city. The planter is made out of high-performance, reinforced, fibre concrete with natural aggregate. The aggregate is made of marble or granite stones with certain sizes and the possibility of different colour combinations. A series of special technological treatments of the aggregate structure create a surface with characteristic relief. The wooden elements for the bench can be made of exotic, hard wood - bamboo or soft wood - spruce. In the four corners of the planter, concrete segments with a polished aggregate surface are added to the bench. A protective coating is applied to the certified wood and concrete, which makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions. The metal components involved in the construction are electro-galvanized and are powder coated. Straight and clean lines as well as possible colour combinations between aggregate and wood complement the features and provide fresh ideas for stylish arrangement of buildings, landscapes, various open spaces, parks, streets and gardens.

• Product surface: Polished and coated with a protective UV-resistant lacquer, giving it the appearance of natural granite.

Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Wood:

• Ash wood, hardwood
• RESYSTA, exotic hardwood. (When ordering Resysta wood, the price is calculated separately. Please contact us for more detailed information and an offer.)
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
