Concrete recycle litter bin created with the company's elegant combination of natural aggregate and high-class metal. The concrete is high-performance, reinforced and fiber strengthened. The aggregate is made out of natural marble or granite stones and comes in different colors and sizes of the constituent particles. The metal components are electro-galvanized and powder-coated in the characteristic colors – blue, green and yellow. These technological treatments protect the metal from corrosion and increase its performance. It is recommended as a means of enhanced protection for areas with a marine climate and with a large amount of precipitation. There are two options for the finish of the surfaces. The litter bin can be entirely polished. The other option is for an embossed finish of the aggregate, only with top side polished. A special coating applied to the concrete components makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions and reduces the deposition of dirt. The recycling litter bin combines modern design and high functionality. The available option for anchoring to the flooring, as well as the durability of the materials it is made of, guarantee its long service life. The model is equipped with an innovative mechanism that enables easier insertion and attachment of waste sacks and quick cleaning. At the customer's request and for an additional fee, a locking device can be installed. It provides control over the opening and protects the bin from vandalism. Maintaining a high standard and quality, our company meets the most sophisticated landscape architectural requirements in the design of exterior spaces in parks and gardens. A practical solution for equipping bus stops, metro stations, rail stations, terminals and large urban spaces. Each kilogram of recycled paper saves on the use of 32 liters of drinking water.

Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
