The "Country" series offers eco-friendly children's play complexes that meet CAM and ISO standards, including spring toys, playhouses, swings, and more complex towers. These playgrounds feature a unique blend of industrial and handcrafted design, allowing for fully customized structures tailored to individual client needs. Each playground is unique due to its natural, irregular shapes, providing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

The core structure is made from durable Robinia wood (acacia), with a diameter of about 18 cm. This wood is highly resistant to moisture and extreme climate conditions, with low water absorption, making it incredibly durable and long-lasting. It does not require harmful treatments, making it safe for users and the environment.

The "Country" series playgrounds are designed with smooth finishes, free from sharp edges or cracks that could harm children. Stainless steel and galvanized steel bolts are used, covered with plastic caps or left exposed in stainless steel for a secure and long-lasting construction. Calibrated stainless steel chains prevent finger entrapment, and additional parts are made from durable, water-resistant HPL panels, ensuring longevity in all weather conditions.

The structure consists of:

• Handmade struts made of black locust wood (robinia pseudoacacia), diameter 14/16 cm with brackets
• Platforms made of black locust wood, 100x100 cm
• Handmade roofs, parapets, ramp height 144 cm, and stairs height 84 cm made of black locust wood
• Bridge made of boards treated with vacuum pressure impregnation techniques in an autoclave, and twisted ropes with a diameter of 16 mm, covered in polypropylene
• Two slides, 84 cm and 144 cm high, made of stainless steel with HPL sides
• Kit with galvanized bolts for assembly

Metal:

• Aluminum profile - 7 mm thick. Available option: painted metal (RAL colors).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosion powder zinc primer and painted with powder coating (color chosen from the RAL palette).

Wood:

• Robinia (white acacia hardwood, making the children's play complex highly durable and resistant to wear, suitable for long-term outdoor use in various conditions).
• HPL panel.
• Available in natural or custom color design.

Ropes, chains, and others:

• Hercules rope for connected net joints. The core is made of steel cables and is fully covered with a polyester or polyamide thread fabric. Highly resistant to abrasion.
• Chains are made of steel with high corrosion resistance. Short link, no loops on connecting parts, easily replaceable and simple shortening or lengthening.

Details:

• Connection parts and bolts made of stainless steel AISI 304.
