Model of the product range of concrete bins for separate collection of the our company, made of high-performance concrete and metal. The concrete has anaggregate structure of natural marble or granite stones, reinforced and fiber strengthened. The stones are defined in size and can be combined in different colors. The surface is characterized by a gentle relief. A special coating applied to the concrete components makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions and reduces the deposition of dirt. The available option for anchoring to the flooring, as well as the durability of the materials it is made of, guarantee its long service life.The metal lid of the recycling bin is electro-galvanized and powder-painted in the characteristic colors - blue, green and yellow. The separate garbage bin has an internal galvanized metal container for collecting recyclable waste. The precisely designed construction submits easy access for cleaning and maintenance. At the customer's request and for an additional fee, a locking device can be installed and built into the lid. Maintaining a high standard and quality, our company meets the most sophisticated landscape architectural requirements in the design of exterior spaces in parks and gardens. The larger dimensions of the model make it ideal for public spaces with increased pedestrian traffic or for areas that can accommodate large groups of people. • Product surface: Polished and coated with a protective UV-resistant lacquer, giving it the appearance of natural granite.

Concrete finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface, but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant lacquer, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental factors, extending their service life.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).
• Desired color selectable from the options provided in the gallery.

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

•  Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
